A week after her first show back in NYC since NYE, Robyn returned to Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Thursday night for her second of two shows at the venue in support of this year's record Sexistential.

Following her single "Dopamine" last November and shows in Brooklyn to ring in the new year, Robyn has finally announced a new album and shared two more songs.

After releasing her excellent new single "Dopamine" in November, Robyn decided throw a party for New Year's Eve in Brooklyn, marking only her second full concert since 2019.

In September, Jamie xx will release his long-awaited new album In Waves and today he shared one of the album's purported highlights, "Life" which features guest vocals from Robyn.

Neneh Cherry has tapped Robyn to cover her legendary maximal pop banger "Buffalo Stance" as part of a covers project that will be released later this year.

Robyn is still touring in support of last year's incredible Honey. Amidst a massive heatwave rocking the east coast, she brought her disco-pop treasures to Brooklyn for a night of pure bliss.

In recent years, Governor's Ball has become a great low-key festival for New Yorkers and the surrounding North Eastern region. Far enough from the major league status of Coachella or Bonnaroo, Gov Ball has gained a reputation for attracting top-talent headliners and a great mix of undercards together for a fun fueled weekend to help kick-off the summer. This year, fellow festival Panorama entered the mix as NYC's premier festival. It'll be interesting to see how this shapes up in the years that follow.
