Songs of 2019: Q2

Just like that, we're at the midpoint of 2019. These were the songs I listened to the most from April through June.

I've written some posts on a good amount of these songs, but with so much music being released at such a rapid pace, it can be hard to keep up with everything. This playlist covers everything from live tracks, covers, demos, and some of the best new songs I've heard all year. From the black metal of Baroness to the return of Jai Paul, from the pop bliss of Carly Rae Jepsen to a long awaited studio version of a Thom Yorke classic, and a 1973 live recording of one of my all time favorite Neil Young tracks, I hope there is something here to do everything from mellow-out your commute to help spark the party at a BBQ. Happy summer!
