The updated version of the track comes shortly after Young has threatened legal action against the man acting as President for repeatedly using his song "Rockin' in the Free World" without permission. While the original took aim at former President George Bush, the new take includes the lyrics “Yeah, we had Barack Obama / and we really need him now / The man who stood behind him has to take his place somehow / America has a leader building walls around our house / He don’t know black lives matter and we got to vote him out.”
