Broken Social Scene - "Can't Find My Heart"

As one may have guessed, Broken Social Scene are following up last month's Let's Try the After - Vol 1 with another EP called... Let's Try the After - Vol 2 and it's out April 13 via Arts & Crafts (both EPs will be sold together on Record Store Day 2019).

The lead single, "Can't Find My Heart," is a classic Broken Social Scene track full of soaring guitars, intriguing horns, and a chugging rhythm that carries some serious weight. It's full of infectious grooves and has the post-rock elements that this band has weaved into their songs for nearly two decades. In regards to the second EP of the year, frontman Kevin Drew said: "The theme is to continue. Sickness, suicide, uprise, love, death, betrayal, hurt, joy, sex, communication, battles and divisions… Let’s just get to their after and start building again. How do we do it within the isolation of self prescribe empty popularity? How does the ego revolt? How does the heart win? Can it? Maybe after we will find out."
